When your skis start to slip, it's time to replace one or both center catch rollers. Price is for a set of 2. Complete instructions included plus on-line and phone support for replacement - 24 / 7.

Slip is usually gradual on one side -- but gets increasingly worse with use. Sometimes it will make a 'ratchet' sound. Be careful and DISCONTINUE USE. You could end up badly hurt and flat on your face.

______ 1. Remove BOTH wood sideboards. Clean & grease washers (metal and nylon) - Drive Rollers - End Rollers (internally swabbed) & Axles for a SMOOTH & QUIET Operation. (takes care of any metal washer -scrape sound).

______ 2. Check Drive Rollers in actual operation - Two 30 Minute Workouts (min). If slipping on either side REPLACE.

______ 3. Remove Arm Exerciser Drum; Clean - Sand & Oil Leather Break Pad (24 hr cure) & Align positioning holes for proper fit - Clean & Oil Washer Assembly (washer - bearing - washer). Replace as needed.
